This position is a fungible role that is expected to follow a learning path across the different areas of expertise managed by the US Payroll Specialists team.
Over time the person selected for the position will be certified in a variety of processes which will allow them to gather a holistic view of the overall operations and be able to support several tasks.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Processing Payroll entries.
- Validate information in order to avoid errors in the system.
- Attend inquiries from employees on issues of their payments or deductions.
- Support DTPs/SOP's (Desktop Procedures/Standard Operating Procedures) documentation in line with operational delivery.
- Follows BCP (Business Continuity Plan) requirements and drills.
- Supports quality initiatives such as BPM (business process management), quality defects and collaborating on root cause analysis.
- Attention to detail.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
