What You Will Do
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team across our different offices in LATAM.
- Partner with our different Leadership teams to define, implement and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Represent Gensler as a Brand Ambassador, marketing our firm through best-in-class recruitment technology, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Lead the growth and development of the Talent Acquisition team members and manage their professional development plans.
- Develop Interview questions as well as conduct the interview training session to hiring managers
- Advise team members on competitive research and market trends while offering strategic solutions for recruitment during changing business trends.

Your Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in related areas of the search process, staffing, sourcing and executive search.
- Ability to lead executive talent acquisition processes at the most senior level.
- Proven experience with data management and attention to detail. Able to pull reports and provide Leadership updates on opportunities and obstacles to overcome.
- Professional services demeanor with demonstrated ability to organize and execute time management priorities while effectively communicating with key stake holders and team members.
- Proactive and innovative approach, constantly looking for ways to improve and develop the service
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing changing deadlines and frequent interruptions.
