The TA Coordinator at Haleon will partner with Recruiters, Human Resources (HR)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end navigation & administrative support to TA Partners and Hiring Managers along the recruitment process, including but not limited to; initiating recruitment, job posting to Haleon careers site, local job boards, interview scheduling, background checks, offer management, preboarding, contract creation, visa validations processes and onboarding.
- Responsible for data and analytics tools to track and analyze recruitment metrics, deliver valuable and actionable insights to key stakeholders and enhance the effectiveness of the talent coordination process.
- Creation of documentation, process maps and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
- Ensure TA Partners and Hiring Managers are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations when using hiring technologies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Resolution and escalation management of Regional TA issues pertaining to all coordinator related tasks.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and automation ideas to streamline and improve the coordinator process, suggesting enhancements and best practices.
- TA Vendor management, including generation and management of Purchase Orders (POs)

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- University degree completed or in course (in advance stage) in professional fields like Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience talent acquisition administrative roles, end-to-end talent acquisition processes or HR.
- English and Portuguese advanced levels - written and oral.
- Manage and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software - Workday preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge and proven experience in the use of Power Apps, Power BI or any other Data Analytics tool. Excel proficient is a requirement.
- Knowledge and proven experience in building complex process maps & flowcharts using MS Visio or similar tool.
