In this role we're looking for an IT Systems Analyst for a Supplier Risk and Responsibility Program.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with internal business partners and 3rd party software providers.
- Work with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete and translated into technical requirements,
- Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing: Design End-to-End test plan based on products expectation to ensure the solution is thoroughly tested in the most optimized way and analyze testing results for confirmation of completeness and accuracy.
- Perform system configuration and work with development team to build, test and deploy features.
- Knowledge on Software Lifecycle and experience on SCRUM projects
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies. Assist with Test Automation activities.
- Collaborate with architects to understand and manage dependencies with all integrations and upstream/downstream systems.
- Support production deployments, stabilization, and conduct Training.
- Work with internal business partners and 3rd party software providers to write and review functional documentation.
- Work with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete and translated into technical requirements.
- Perform testing (QA, UAT) activities, support issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis, communicate improvement recommendations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong qualitative and business process understanding, with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise.
- Strong communication skills to be able to work with cross org customers.
- Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to program goals.
Ability to discuss leading industry processes/practices with businesses, organizations, and across platforms/domains

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems. Computer Science, Software Engineering or related filed
- 2+ years of experience in the following:
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps
- Experience on designing, validating, monitoring, and executing system tests.
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in SAFe Agile Scrum methodologies
- Deep knowledge in Supplier Management processes, Master data management (suppliers and customers)
- REST APIs
- SQL and Data visualization tools, such as Power BI

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
