**Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!**- Establish positive relationships and become a trusted advisor for business partners.- Roll up your sleeves and assist in developing annual operating plans, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan and/or forecast- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for Executives - analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators/metrics, assess and timely communicate risks and opportunities- Build and maintain detailed financial and operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions- Willingness to jump in and assist the team with ad hoc requests- Support the AMER Sales Finance Lead with headcount management and quarterly financial reporting.
**Requirements: I've already done that or have that!**- 5 years of related finance experience- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and practices ((e.g., understanding of financial statements, chart of accounts, business intelligence, FP&A processes, journal entries, accounting, etc.).-
- Capable of communicating financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the management team.- Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business.- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with mínimal supervision.- Proficiency in MS Excel- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is required.
