**At 360Training**
The Information Technology department delivers technical leadership, shared services, and infrastructure for 360training business units. This role is a visible leadership role which is part of a vertical and matrixed team interfacing with senior management of IT as well as executive management of the company.

In this position, you will work with corporate leadership, other IT departments and business stakeholders to define and build out requested functionality within the technologies supporting the defined 360training portfolios and services that support 360training's business.

- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans
- Use data to discover opportunities, track product performance and support decision-making
- Design user journeys and processes with business stakeholders across our organization
- Develop user stories working closely with business architects, solution designers, product owners, engineers, leadership, and end users to bring great ideas to life

**Qualifications**
- Ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Delivery Management practice process to facilitate business case development, level of effort definition, portfolio analysis, prioritization, project selection and approval.
- Lead all aspects of Merger and Acquisition integration partnering with Technical M&A lead to drive integration velocity.
- Manage Risk for the business unit by overseeing technical debt, audit, and compliance needs to ensure appropriate portfolio allocation and effective risk mitigation.
- Manage business demand by balancing client delivery, revenue growth and effective risk management.
- Facilitate long term architecture planning to ensure alignment between the business' product roadmap and the Information Technology roadmap.
- Lead planning for future-state staffing and organizational alignment in support of portfolio execution
- Serve as project sponsor and escalation point for issue/risk resolution to ensure all portfolio targets are achieved.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key business unit executives.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ Years of experiences as an IT leader, PM, or Service Delivery Manager
- 6+ years of experience with organizational and business transformation.
- Experience with people management with demonstrated success in developing the career of subordinates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in articulating the functional and technical aspects of business capabilities and their supporting platforms.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and tools, Iterative Design & Prototyping
- Must have experience developing features, user stories, acceptance criteria and business value statements.
- Experienced in development methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.
- Vendor Management Experience
**Education**
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Project Management Proficiency or Equivalent with 8 years relevant experience preferred.
