**What you will do**
- Partner and advise leaders and HR Business Partners to translate business objectives and workforce planning into short, mid and long term recruiting needs. Advisory may include market analysis and highlighting best in class recommendations.
- Establish and nurture the connections stakeholders in academia, industry, government dependencies to enable talent attraction and drive a positive employment branding positioning.
- Partner with COE, and implement where needed, a set of metrics and analytics to monitor and improve operational performance including such as effectiveness, time to fill, cost per hire amongst others. Establish a regular cadence to provide visibility to key stakeholders at the local, regional, and global levels.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership and regional Talent Acquisition Leaders on global initiatives, projects and processes. Act as the voice of the region to ensure alignment, inclusivity, adoption and cohesion among the TA organization
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team in advisory, business acumen, proactive sourcing and talent attraction methodologies that enable the business to deliver on strategic priorities.
**What experience you need**
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including volume hiring, proactive talent sourcing & nurturing, and executive level partnership.
- 4+ years of experience leading the Talent Acquisition function for a region in a multinational organization recruiting for multiple countries and/or business process outsourcing group (BPO) in technology.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English; proficiency level B2 or higher
