About the Job
In this position, your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Performing employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as, payroll support, calculation of the bonuses, time and attendance, hire, separation, job change, changing of working hours etc.)
- Delivering the best in class HR service to employees and managers, answering employee's inquiries, accurate processing of information with all stakeholders on time
- Maintaining good data quality in HR systems for employees' lifecycle and running various reports from Workday as well as time and attendance system
- Calculating bonuses and preparation of various calculations for the payroll, reconcile employees' time and attendance
- Update operational manuals and create knowledge articles
About you
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of US benefits and annual processes.
- Experience in Workday is a must
- Very good command of Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English C1 level, Portuguese a plus
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
