**Job Description**:
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- DevOps, infrastructure as code deployments for Cloud Based architecture supporting real-time API services, batch/large data processing and other solutions.
- DevOps pipeline development, SDLC and CI/CD enhancements
- Enhance, create and maintain toolsets to help manage our enterprise data pipelines
- Ensuring deployments and provisioning services meet quality standards and architectural requirements
- Software development in support of customer onboarding, delivery reporting, system monitoring, and data engineering support.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with AWS stack (or equivalent on GCP or Azure). Including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB and DAX, Redis, Aurora MySQL, OpenSearch, S3, EC2.
- Intermediate understanding of bash scripting, and the basics of Linux operating systems.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD process and tools, such as Jenkins, Jenkins Pipeline Files, Gitlab and related scripting (bash/Linux shell scripting, or SDK based development in supported languages)
- Intermediate experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management via Terraform, Serverless Framework, SAM, Ansible, or other similar technology
- Understanding of Microservice architectures
- Comfortable writing stories and associated acceptance criteria for agile/scrum workflow
- 3-6 years of experience developing CI/CD deployment pipelines, change management, system reporting and devops related infrastructure, with a preference for AWS or other cloud-based architectures (GDP, Azure, etc.)
**BONUS QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience seeing the full end to end SDLC of a system to production.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, NodeJS
- Familiarity and experience with Change Management processes, tooling and integrations
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and an understanding of key concepts, particularly related to database maintenance and configurations, scaling and performance improvements
- Experience with Snowflake data warehouses
- Experience with Test Driven and Behavior Driven Development (TDD and BDD)
- Experience working under agile/scrum and the major pieces of that framework (epics, stories, sprint planning and retros)
- Experience with Matillion, Airflow or other pipeline management/scheduling and orchestration tools
- Experience working in multi-engineer, team-driven, shared environments and workflows, and feature based development best practices
- Experience with AWS EMR, Glue, Redshift
