Peachtree Networks is looking for a Solution & Delivery Manager to join our team. The Solution & Delivery Manager is a key member of the Service Delivery Project Management Team. The Solution & Delivery Manager is expected to become familiar with project complexities and develop a working knowledge of the ongoing project work within their functional working group to offer assistance to the project managers.
**Job Functions**
Develop and execute project plans for the testing and repair of telecom equipment in our labs as well as other managed services.
Coordinate and manage project resources, including technicians, engineers, and support staff.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
Support the Product Management Team as a technical guide in client proposal meetings
Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of equipment testing and repair.
Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Product Management to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
Allocate resources efficiently, considering workload, skills, and project requirements.
Proactively address issues to prevent delays or disruptions in project timelines.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery projects.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
Proven experience in project management(at least 2 years), preferably in telecom equipment testing and repair
Have 1 year of experience in delivering services to customers.
Proven experience in creating and setting up Project boards and Trackers
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - English is a requirement
Familiarity with telecom industry standards and equipment.
Pay: From ¢15,000.00 per month
