The Digitial Process Engineer is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the Business Operations Shared Services organization. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define tasks' scope and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project trackers and plans and associated communications documents.
- Communicate effectively project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track main project milestones and deliverables.
- Deliver and maintain progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises.
- Define project success criteria.
- Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the project.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts as well as deal effectively with senior leaders from all functional backgrounds on all aspects of business operations.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
