**Your responsibilities include**:
- Assess acquired MCAD/ECAD Data for timeline and resourcing estimates.
- Attend and contribute to Kaizen Sessions for holistic Migration/Integration process and schedule.
- Develop and Document MCAD/ECAD Migration Strategies with Cross Functional Groups (R&D, Quality, Supplier Engineering, Process Engineering, etc.) including Acquired Stakeholders.
- Reviewing/Updating existing SOP's/WI's for acquisition remediation process.
- Train Design teams on newly developed processes for MCAD/ECAD and data management.
- Host cross functional meetings (weekly) with Integration CAD resources.
- Collaborate with IT during Laptop Rollout for acquired resources.
- Track and document weekly progress for Migration Efforts.
- Resolve issues/strategy/timeline changes as they arise.
- Assist with Boston Scientific Engineering SOP/WI updates.
- Identify Lessons Learned in Migration/Integration process allowing for efficiency gains in future acquisitions.
- Domestic and International travel is required (0-30%).
**What We're Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical/Design Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years' experience in related fields with 3-5 years CAD experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in CAD Data management, with a deep understanding of quality CAD Data practices.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions for complex MCAD/ECAD data remediation challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- English level desired: 85-90%+
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Electrical CAD Program experience (Altium, OrCAD, Allegro, etc.)
- Electrical CAD PDM System Experience (Altium365 or similar systems)
- Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) or Certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE)
- Mechanical CAD PDM System Experience (SolidWorks PDM or similar systems)
