**Responsibilities**
- Critiques customer specifications.
- Develops and executes project plans including program flows, with an emphasis on mortgage, housing and property data solutions.
- Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.
- Serves as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel and departments.
- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- Assesses client business requirements, positions company products and solutions.
- Identifies new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.
- Supports other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary.
- Prepares and processes program billing.
- Provides technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years Customer Service related experience.
- Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excel Intermediate Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services.
- Coding experience preferred.
