**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws: perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.- Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and /or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.- Assist in the design & delivery of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Reset passwords for all users in all HRIS systems.- In partnership with HR Management & IT: integrate, deliver and evaluate all core HR Information Services and transactions regarding internal employees including Compensation, Performance Management/Talent Management, and Benefits.
Train end users on new processes/functionality.- In partnership with HR Management identify and recommend technology solutions to support the HR team and their client businesses.- Design, develop, document and test HRIS programs and prototypes.
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.-
- Partner with the HR team to improve their technical competence as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BS or BA in any of the following: Information Systems, Database Applications, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or other related majors.- Advanced English skills-
- Understanding of software development life cycle is needed.- The ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language both verbally and in writing is essential.- Ability to manage multiple initiatives successfully and simultaneously.- 1-3 of HRIS preferred in a Workday environment is preferred.- Proficiency in Workday, SharePoint, Excel and Access
