**Red Nucleus is hiring a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our global team! This is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose, Costa Rica office.**

**How you Will Contribute**
This position is responsible for providing financial and operational reporting and analytics for one or more Business Units within Red Nucleus. You will work closely with the CFO, VP of FP&A, and other key Executives. This is a highly visible position within the organization and plays a key role in helping our Business Unit Presidents profitably grow their businesses.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a collaborative financial expert to the supported Business Units to model, review and resolve complex issues and provide budget support for these executives
- Develop revenue, cost of sales and direct SG&A budgets for Business Unit(s), as well as reforecasts of the same throughout the year, ensuring alignment with Business Unit Presidents
- Analyze and explain variances for monthly Profit & Loss vs. budget and prior year
- Use reporting and analytics tools including Sage Intacct, Power BI and Planful to provide insight around key drivers for Business Unit performance to support effective business decision making and profitable growth
- Be responsible for slide preparation for monthly Operations and Finance reviews as well as ad hoc requests for analysis
- Coordinate, consolidate and report Business Unit weekly and monthly operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Review and maintain templates/allocation rules in consolidation and reporting system to facilitate accurate Business Unit and sub-Business Unit reporting
- Lead special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools and internal processes to enhance management decision making
**About You**
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Math required
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience, with progressively increasing level of responsibilities and knowledge breadth focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Comfortable learning and using various ERP (SAGE Intacct) and reporting systems (Planful/SQL/SSRS) as well as Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI) and Data Warehouses
- Effective prioritization and execution of tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines; Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently, and proactively develop solutions with mínimal guidance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a Professional Services company is highly preferred
