The primary purpose of this role is to lead the market People Experience strategy and execution in an effective, efficient & innovative manner that meets the needs of local business and in alignment with Pfizer Purpose.
The People Experience Country Lead serves as HR Lead for the CAC Cluster, playing an active role in coaching and change management in the business, service center and within HR.
The leader is a member of the Country Leadership Team and of the Biopharma Regional Px Leadership Team.
Areas of focus include Transformation and New Ways of Working, Communication & Engagement, Talent Growth & Movement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Health & Wellbeing
The role reports to the Latam Px Director, and will lead: Business Partner´s & stranded work roles.
Key focus areas include:
Transformation and New Ways of Working
- Partners with leaders to assess the business environment, support the design of organizational structures, lead change and advise on talent management.
- Provide advice and counsel to leader(s) in the planning, initiation and follow-through on people and organizational change initiatives, anticipating and managing challenges and ensuring achievement of objectives.
- Encourages leaders to advocate and implement new ways of working that impacts in their organization's experiences.
Engagement
- Leverage initiatives as a vehicle to ensure colleague engagement and alignment of strategies and day-to-day operations.
- Sustain collaborative relationships across the country and with the Internal Comms team to ensure clear communication and effective well-coordinated execution of PX, Business & other areas Initiatives.
Talent Growth & Movement
- Drive a talent development agenda which enables the exploration of diverse growth paths and zig-zag development for colleagues thru multiple experiences in alignment to the company needs and colleagues' aspirations.
- Develop a workforce growth plan linked to the direction of the company including a needs analysis and a talent growth plan to address future needs through the development of internal talent and acquisition of external talent.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Supports Pfizer and the cluster commitments thru the implementation of applicable local DEI practices
- Partner with Leaders to create an environment where every colleague feels included and valued embracing diverse perspectives in decision making

- Direct accountability for setting direction, deploying resources, and leading goal setting, performance, and growth discussions in alignment with Pfizer's Blueprint and Px HR Priorities
- Promote an engaging culture enabling the collaboration and development of the Px team
- Leverage the full spectrum of the Global Px Function
Other tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as the country point of contact for local business, Px and above market matters working in alignment with Latam Px Director.
- Act as a point of escalation for employee and labor relations in the cluster.
- Ensure effective partnership and alignment with relevant global & regional Px stakeholders to embrace and bring an enterprise, corporate perspective to the decision making related to market investments and activity.
- Leading the local market people aspects of M&A programs working in close partnership with global, regional and local stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations and compliance investigations and oversee remediation action where applicable. Work closely with the following stakeholders; ER Lead for Region, Global Employment Law and Compliance Investigation Teams.
Organization Stakeholder Management
- Partners closely with Global & Regional & other Local Divisional Px Leads & COEs
- Working in close partnership with operations teams (GBS)
- Internal Stakeholders
- External stakeholders (Employment related statutory authorities, Government agencies and other external parties that affects our equity as an Employer, vendors, legal firms)
Qualifications & Key Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree essential.
- 7/8 plus years of relevant experience advising or consulting senior leaders in a business or operational role (HR, financial, marketing, policy, legal, etc.).
- Broad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environment is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with strategic and operating planning processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively manage multiple important priorities, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and proven ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, written & verbal.
- Experience in Change Management, leading transformation is a key requirement in thi
