Experience
- Ability to lead large-scale strategic projects, effectively navigating across strategy design and tactical execution with robust project management approaches.
- Enterprise tool development and deployment experience. Understand what it takes to design, build, support, and continuously improve large scale tools in diverse and complex environments.
- Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs) Identification of market opportunities and ability to create value; proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy

- ** U**nderstand** **current Shopper situation** and P&P offering, potential shopper out of pocket issues while bringing together multiple RGM concepts and capabilities to then define the strategic RGM direction for the territories under scope.
