Job Description The Senior Application Support Engineer (SASE) is responsible for troubleshooting production related issues to reestablish the service according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
A SASE also supporother request related to the client operation, like configuration changes in the application, master data management, user management and client onboarding in the application.
If an issue required code changes, the SASE implements code with the highest quality possible following the instructions of the requirements and thguidelines defined by the Technical architect.
The SASE also proposesimprovements to the application, and mentor junior personal when needed.
Responsibilites: Debug or troubleshoot complex or critical issues that cannot be handled by junior positions, and provide root cause analysis.
Document all steps while resolving production issues, to keep track of root cause and fix · Communicate with users, quality control, and more technical leads to verify implemented solutions.
Support normaoperations like user management, data management, etc.
Collaborate in the onboarding of new clients into the applications.
Propose and document technical improvement to the application, anbeen able to demonstrate and discuss the benefits and costs of these improvements in front of a technical audience.
Assist the team durinthe onboarding of new team members.
Provide mentoring and guidance for more junior team members.
Qualifications BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with C# and .NET.
3-5 years of experience in support and troubleshooting of web applications and web services Capable of working with modern technologies and learning on the path.
Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.
· Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Proficiency working with API, RESTful services and web sockets.
Proficiency with data transfer formats and protocols popular in web applications (e.g.
JSON, XML, HTTP).
Capable of troubleshooting, debugging, and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues.
Nice to have : Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g.
Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
Experience working with JIRA or Azure Devops.
Experience working with source control system like Git or Team Foundatation.  Experience working with ServiceNow.
