**Position Summary**:
The Sales Insights Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our organization by analyzing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize our sales performance. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:_
- Review and reconcile sales data systems to ensure on-going accuracy.
- Create and manipulate data into easy to understand analysis and overviews.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Provide analytical support to the field sales management team as needed.
- Create sales performance reports/dashboard to management and field sales.
- Maintain hierarchies and product matrixes so date can correlate within multiple systems.
**Physical Attributes**:
- General office environment. May sit for extended periods of time.
- Physically able to bend, crouch, and reach continuously while performing required job tasks
- Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.
- Physically able to spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a sales or business development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data from diverse sources.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and salesforce automation tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Quick learner with the ability to work with mínimal supervision in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide strategic insights.
- Ability to stay highly organized while collaborating with other colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
