Support senior members of the team in the execution of financial planning and analysis processes, projects, and ad-hoc requests as required by the Finance organization by embracing the following responsibilites:
- Ensure reporting integrity through maintenance and administration of existing Power BI reporting solutions.
- Implement best practices for enhancements to current processes and reporting, including driving the standardization of activities across business planning to harness efficiencies
- Support efforts to transform data into insights, by assisting in the creation of new reporting solutions in a timely manner with moderate level of guidance provided by direct manager and/or by senior team members.
- Partner with other teams in Business Planning to foster good working relationships with the rest of the organization in a manner that will help better understand reporting requirements for new reporting and enhancements of existing reporting.
- Assist in special projects requests from the FP&A team.
- Support ad-hoc requests.
- Provide support for the development of financial models, including the use of macros with moderate level of guidance from direct manager and /or senior team members.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the monthly reports and variance analysis that will help identify key focus areas for management, in a timely manner with moderate level of guidance from direct manager and/or senior team members.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics or other quantitative field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes is preferred
- Good verbal & written english skills
- Detail and data quality oriented and capable to summarize and communicate findings/analysis
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (preferably: Office 365)
- Good analytical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI
The Financial Analyst role has the responsibility of providing support to the financial planning and analysis processes, including participation in ADHOC project work. These deliverables are reviewed by the manager and senior team members. The FA is responsible for conducting and processing large amounts of financial data on a regular basis to create detailed reports based on the observations and analysis results.
