4+ years of proven recruiting experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools
- MS Office experience - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Technical or Non-Technical Recruiter SME.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills
