**The Role**:
This is a hands-on role with the unique opportunity to help further the Databricks Procurement function and grow our operations impact.
You will help design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics for the Procurement organization.
These reports are crucial to the efficient growth of our organization and key decision making.
You will learn and support processes for spend management, purchase requisitions, supplier onboarding, and contract management.
You will report to the Sr.
Manager of Procurement Strategy and Operations.
**The impact you will have**:
- Design, build, and maintain the following:
- Spend, Savings, Contract Management and Workflow Throughput Reports
- Procurement Key Performance Indicators
- Audit Reporting
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Partner with cross functional organizations to align reporting
- Blend data from multiple systems to provide a full picture
- Learn procurement processes and tools to support the operations team as needed
- Support efforts to create training materials and knowledge articles
- Provide insights into improvement areas and process improvements
**What we look for**:
- 4+ years building and maintaining reporting
- Driven person who can work in a team environment and communicate at a high level
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
- Effective problem solving, planning, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
- Process and customer service driven
- Experience with multiple reporting tools with the ability to display data clearly
- Experience with procure-to-pay systems (Coupa, Netsuite, and Ironclad)
- Fluent in English
