Process Analyst

**Responsabilities**:
1. Data Management

a. Consolidate and migrate data from acquired entities.

b. Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

c. Develop data management strategies to support business continuity.

2. System Optimization

a. Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes.

b. Implement new business processes to streamline operations.

c. Ensure that systems support the strategic goals of the merged entity.

3. Stakeholder Communication

a. Facilitate communication between management, IT, and other stakeholders.

b. Present findings and progress updates.

**Required skills**:

- BS degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
- English advanced.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Understanding of IT systems and how they support business processes.
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, ppt, etc )
- PowerShell
- PowerBI
- Service Now
