DHL is hiring a Network Analyst to its Network Team in Heredia, Costa Rica.
This is a hybrid work model, and you must be able to work in Heredia, Costa Rica twice per week.
Your Background Includes:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS Protocols
- Knowledge of network security technologies such as firewalls (Check Point, Juniper, Cisco), F5 BIG-IP LTM, IPSEC VPNs, and Proxy Technologies
- Knowledge of Network Security concepts
- Knowledge of Linux and scripting
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Ability to work independently and under time and workload pressure
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders to understand
- Excellent communication, prioritization and organization skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Your Day To Day Responsibilities Include:
- Support Telecom Operation departments in the delivery of properly engineered network connectivity solutions between DPDHL and 3rd parties.
- Provide problem solving and support for all intranet/internet Telecommunication services and liaising with appropriate external vendors to ensure all Telecommunication services are maintained and operated to set service levels
- Provide project support, technical consultancy, and implementation of network connectivity solutions into the existing infrastructure
- Gather customer requests and manage end-to-end delivery of the solution
- Provide troubleshooting and support for intranet/internet telecommunication services and liaising with stakeholders to ensure services are delivered within SLAs
- Ensure all solutions implemented follow the agreed standards
- Recommend new security services and subsequent implementation into the infrastructure, ensuring minimum disruption and impact to the business
