**About You**
This role involves comprehensive financial analysis and review for Latin American countries, offering robust support to various departments including regional controller's offices, local country offices, finance, treasury, Human Resources, taxes, and supply chain. The role ensures stringent adherence to appropriate controls to minimize errors and deliver accurate accounting information to internal clients. It also entails close collaboration with the regional coordinator to bolster the ATR Accounting team through additional oversight, process improvement initiatives, and prompt responses to queries from the team and internal clients.
**Who you are?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
- B2 level of English.
- Attention to detail.
- Results oriented and customer focus.
- Clear understanding of Master Data activities and relationship with business.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
**What do you do?**
- Provide support to the business managing master data effectively to ensure proper controls, high master data quality and efficient process performance.
- Drive value creation supporting the business.
- Work in partnership with ITS and the business teams to implement new master data technologies that enhance process efficiency and drive effective master data quality.
- Interact with different countries in the Latin American Region to meet the requirements of each country.
- Collaborate in the development of new and reviewed of existing policies and procedures and help ensure they are implemented effectively and followed appropriately by all team members.
