**Job Overview**:
The Payroll Manager with Americas will be responsible for supervising all aspects of payroll processing for the Americas region while managing relationships with global payroll vendors. This role requires a meticulous individual with deep knowledge of Americas payroll regulations and tax laws, as well as demonstrated experience in effectively managing global vendor partnerships to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.
**Responsibilities**:
Americas Payroll Management: Be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the Americas region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with local payroll teams and internal partners to gather payroll data and address regional payroll requirements.
Global Payroll Vendor Management: Manage relationships with global payroll service providers and vendors to ensure seamless payroll processing across multiple regions. Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on Americas payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance in all payroll operations. Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and compliance of payroll data and processes.
Process Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and automation in Americas payroll operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement standard methodologies and streamline payroll processes to optimize resource utilization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on Americas payroll.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with global payroll vendors and service providers.
- In-depth knowledge of Americas payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
