**About this role**
We are looking for a finance systems support analyst to join our financial systems and process (FS&P) team. This role will report to the Senior Manager of forecasting and analytics systems and will have opportunity to utilize accounting/finance/IT skills to help improve our financial processes and assist our internal customers in Finance and other areas.
**What You'll Do**
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Financial Systems Support team, including managing customer escalations effectively. You will work primarily with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on customer-facing communications and with technical team on internal escalations to meet and exceed our service level commitments. You will also collaborate with Finance depending on the nature of individual customer requests.
- Create and maintain self-help documentation for our internal customers. Members of the Support team are in the best position to identify opportunities to provide proactive support through our Help Center. You will work cross-functionally as you write documentation to ensure new and existing content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Use data-driven methodologies to collate customer feedback and trends. Share relevant customer-specific and product-specific recommendations with the team to alleviate recurring issues or develop new capabilities that increase our customers' operational efficiency.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing policies, procedures, performance standards, and training programs for the FS&P team.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for new processes and make recommendations for improvements in those processes.
**Who you are?**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience working in finance and/or accounting related positions
- Basic knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- Analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excel: Intermediate to Advanced
- SAP experience (Nice to have)
