**Corporate Real Estate (CRE**) at Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL) is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DPDHL business units worldwide. **Your tasks**:

- Monitor CREA Landlord mailbox & process requests, Calculate & process CPI increases.
- Responsible for Lease abstract & data quality, to process Commencement certificates.
- General ledger & cost center maintenance, managing security deposits.
- Process OPEX estimates & end of year reconciliations (desktop audits).
- Ensure the financial accounts (balance sheets, P&L and Notes) are kept in line with IFRS16, LEAP Coordinators, Deutsche Post DHL policy and guidelines, and the DHL Regional Business Unit Operating Model.

**Your profile**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Technical degree in Accounting, Paralegal, or advanced Degree student.
- English Proficiency Intermediate (be able to read & communicate) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience in SAP, Oracle, JBA, Bizagi, Brasware, Planon would be a plus.
