The role will support various Industrial Engineering activities which may include but are not limited to:
- Run rate validations.
- Capacity analysis for What if scenarios within production performance
- Capacity requirements integration (Tool time request, Tools installation timelines).
- Tolerance of ambiguity.
- Attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Excellent communication: Clearly and concisely communicates issues, seeks to understand the message and diversity of thought.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people with an inclusive mindset.
- Self-driven and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a larger team environment and handle confidential information.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be an active student of Bachelor's Degree (with half of the career completed), Licentiate or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or other Business related fields.
- Intermediate-advanced Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level (able to communicate both verbally and written in a clear and concise manner).
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
