Generic job short description
Anticipate, identify, retain and optimize the human resources of the Group while ensuring a positive social climate to support CMA CGM development.
Conduct the operational implementation of Group HR policy on their perimeter (e.g.
recruitment, internal mobility, promotion, succession plan, salary, disciplinary files)
Advise and support managers on HR, organizational, social and managerial topics
Support staff members in their individual development and evolution within the Group through the training actions and career plan development
Propose and/or implement policies, process and tools to innovate and develop HR practices
Manage labor relations in their scope including negotiations with the Trade Unions
Ensure payroll and staff administration are in line with legal rules
Follow-up quantitative and qualitative headcounts evolution in their scope
