**Position Purpose**:This person owns, executes, and supports several processes within Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, HR systems and data of the HR functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for hiring low to mid-level positions, professional and technical.
- Works with hiring manager to ensure clear understanding of role expectations and aligns assessment tools and criteria with selection process.
- Conducts new hire orientation sessions.
- Gathers and analyzes recruiting measurement data to ensure success of recruiting strategies and efforts.
Determines necessary adjustments.
- Works with the HR team to create, improve and implement HR processes
- Compose, implement, and maintains HR policies
- Actively partners with internal and/or external colleagues on talent management initiatives.
Continually look for enhancements or opportunities for alignment and improvements in our talent management process.
- Prepares HR reports such as time to fill, turnover and others as needed.
- Assists employees with general information and questions.
- Keeps HR Systems and trackings up to date.
- Document processes as needed.
- Supports other projects as needed.
**English Level**: Advanced (C1 level).
**Education Level**: Graduate or finishing degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology (preferred but not limited to).
**Years of Experience**: 1-2 years**
