Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs
- Support the performance evaluation process by collecting feedback, preparing evaluation forms, and scheduling meetings
- Assist with talent management initiatives, including identifying high-potential employees and coordinating development programs
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Maintain HRIS system data integrity by entering new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee changes accurately and in a timely manner
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with communication efforts and training programs
- Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and employer branding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
