We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Global Leaning and Devolpment specialist.
**_Role-Description_**
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Partner Advisors.
- Ensure that all Partner specialistare equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their role.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Partner Advisors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other members of the Training and Development team to create a comprehensive training program for Partner Advisors.
**_Qualifications and experience_**
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training and development.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults.
- Strong understanding of the Partner specialist role.
- Advance English language proficiency with C1 certification.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept.
- Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage.
- Understands the Sales Pipeline management and Sales cycle.
- Ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
