The Integrated Device Manufacturing 2.0 (IDM 2.0) Intel Acceleration Office (IAO) is a new team responsible for creating the internal foundry model within Intel that will power the next phase of our IDM 2.0 strategy. Implementing an internal foundry model includes establishing our current Manufacturing Service plus Intel Foundry Services as its own operating segment and PNL within Intel through the transformation of our ERP.
**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Supporting SAP S4/HANA technology and other solutions that transform Intel's Global Finance functions
- Designing, building, testing, and/or deploying system solutions and ensuring all to work together seamlessly
- Working closely with our integration partner and internal project teams to provide business requirements and define the future end-to-end processes and solutions
- Driving business process changes triggered by the project through change management and training activities
- Planning and executing a detailed cutover plan of all business activities required for a successful go-live
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relationship-building and influencing skills; able to mediate opposing viewpoints; work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills and experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-geographic organization.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- CPA Certification, prior supervisory, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transformation experience.
- ERP commonly used in Finance and Accounting processes (e.g. SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA).
- Understanding of finance business processes and willingness to map business requirements to standard SAP processes.
- Experience with S4 HANA architecture, tools, and integrations with other systems.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
