In Liberia, Costa Rica, we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing plant in the world, leading the way to Industry 4.0. This plant uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we manufacture our products. We are currently looking for a Facilities Supervisor that will supervise a team of plant facilities technicians; support the troubleshooting of facilities to meet schedule and cost target; ensure proper maintenance of all working spaces and equipment; maintain good safety and housekeeping practices among employees. **What** **you** **will** do **for** **us**:
- Act as the Custodian of the facilities Security, House Keeping and services associated with the Personnel Wellbeing, meeting Company Requirements and Standards, local regulations and safety conditions.
- Manage the selection, annual bidding process, monitor the expenses and performance and act over the supplier for the facilities Custodial Services, Cafeteria, Gym, Security, Transportation, Medical Office, etc.
- Assure the compliance of the company Standards & Procedures for Internal Control purposes.
- Assure the Service Providers are compliant with the company's Supplier Guiding Principles & Workplace Rights Policy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineer or related
- Previous experience in similar roles
- 5 to 10 years
- Fluent Spanish and English
- SAP R/3 and Office 2007 knowledge
- Use of information and data
- Forecasting
- Planning
