**How You Will Contribute**

MACS team leverages expert insights (i.e., payers, key opinion leaders, patient advocates, etc.) to understand industry and market dynamics when supporting client projects. As an Engagement Administrator within the Recruitment Center of Excellence (RCE) at Red Nucleus, you will be working alongside the MACS' client project teams to coordinate recruiting needs for different projects and will manage our internal expert database.
**Core Activities for the Engagement Administrator (not limited to)**:
- Providing technical support for the recruitment of project experts: liaising with stakeholders for specific projects, interview scheduling, sharing material with confirmed respondents, managing the payment process
- Serving as key point-of-contact for respondent communications and potential recruitment vendor communications
- Driving the expansion and maintenance of MACS' respondent database
- Facilitating RCE process updates and training to MACS colleagues
**About you**
- Interest in the healthcare and life sciences industries
- 1-2 years of experience in data processing or equivalent
- English level B2+ (C2 preferred)
- High School diploma (University degree preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work under time pressure to meet-deadlines
- Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced business
- Good team player but also able to work independently
