We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an Software Marketplace Operations Team Lead.

In this critical role, you will oversee the entire workflow for **pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding of new software vendors in our marketplace**. You'll be responsible for optimizing efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for our vendors, and ultimately driving marketplace success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support professionals.
- Delegate tasks and projects effectively, fostering ownership and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Build a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Workflow Optimization**:

- Oversee and manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding workflows for new software vendors in the marketplace.
- Identify and analyze operational challenges, implementing solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices across all onboarding stages.

**Vendor Experience**:

- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new vendors throughout the entire onboarding process.
- Proactively address vendor questions and concerns.
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements to the onboarding process.

**Performance & Reporting**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor onboarding and team performance.
- Develop and maintain operational reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for vendors.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors regarding the onboarding process.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in the software industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve results.
- In-depth understanding of operational best practices and process optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in GSuite, SFDC, Orbitera, Case management and other similar tools project management tools.
- Knowledge of software marketplaces and vendor onboarding workflows (a plus).
