**What you will do**:
The Disputes Supervisor will report directly Associate Manager for Disputes, being responsible for monitoring and driving the Disputes processes and platforms. Will be responsible of resolving problems and provide recommendations for improving disputes resolution process. This role will work to optimize the processes involved with collections. This person will act as a central point for de-escalation of issues within the invoice to cash work stream. setting a strong tone within the organization. Responsible of supporting the team on resolution highly complex A/R disputes portfolio management activities to ensure proper disputes resolution, the prompt and effective escalation of unsolved outstanding disputes, and any other processes required to ensure an appropiate maintaince of the assigned disputes portfolio. This includes support on any ERP change and Stryker's divisional process change.
**Essential duties & responsibilities**:
- Ensure quality and productivity Targets defined for Disputes activities are properly monitored and actions are taken for improvment
- Monitor the status of Disputes process and platforms to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Ensure proper controls implementation and compliance
- Responsible for supporting SAP implementations.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in sales or customer service) to ensure that credit and collection activities are consistent with the organization's overall customer relations strategy.
- Performs other adhoc work as assigned by management -related to process improvement projects.
