- Equifax is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team within Consumer Regulated Systems (Information Technology). **What you'll do**:
- The Quality Analyst is primarily responsible for performing Data Quality Analysis for assuring and measuring the quality of the continuous Data Delivery by the Data analyzing & Analytics (DEA) Tribe. In order to assure high levels of quality, the QE operates across all phases BI Life Cycle process, striving to shift defect identification and resolution as left as possible in the process.
- The QA will test both functional and non-functional aspects of the system and work closely with Product Owners, Data analysts and BI Developers to advise on corrective action or the optimal way to achieve desired quality levels.
- The QA role will help drive improvements to SDLC through metrics/measurements, follow testing standards and drive improvements to tools for Change Management and CI/CD.
- The QA will be responsible for proactively designing the test scenarios and coming up with a solid test plan and document for the efficient bug free delivery of the Data Analysis tools designed.
- The QA will be responsible for active participation in the Agile methodologies such as backlog grooming sessions and sprint deliveries making sure that the end to end Data pipeline is thoroughly tested as per the guidelines defined by the DEA Team so as to support the release cadence.
- Monitor data quality for accuracy, completeness, consistency, credibility, correctness, accessibility, compliance, confidentiality, efficiency, precision, traceability, understandability, availability, portability, and recoverability within the established data management policies
**What experience you need**:
- 2+ years of experience in **QA analysis or a related function**
- 2+ Experience working with **SQL**
- 2+ years of experience in **developing Test Strategies and Plans **in conjunction with Data analyzing, BI Architecture and Prod Architecture.
- 1+ years working in Agile environment using **Jira **(as preferred)
- English proficiency B2 or above
