**Data Analytics/Insights**
- Work with the People Analytics and Talent leadership teams to develop metrics that help inform our line partners about the employees of our firm
- Manage the people metrics and performance management suite of reports and dashboards developed in Power BI
- Develop new reports and dashboards including requirements gathering, coding, testing and implementation
- Partner with Information and Collaboration Technology (ICT) on incorporating people data into the NextGen platform for collaboration with financial and other firm-wide data
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Develop PowerPoint decks focused on effective data visualization and storytelling to business stakeholders
- Document all key processes and create standard operations for the data analytics and workforce planning function
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Power BI with a focus on:
- Report creation and visual storytelling
- Semantic modeling and design best practices
- Strong understanding of DAX and calculation groups
- Experience with data engineering concepts such as data pipelines, dataflows, gateways, stored procedures, etc. (knowledge of Microsoft Fabric a plus)
- Familiarity with other programming languages used for data analysis and transformation such as Python, R, SQL, VBA, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD)
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects to meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, statistics or other related field of study is preferred
