- Data analysis skills (Key Process Indicators review and identify improvements opportunities)
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with the documentation of new procedures.
- Perform Engineering experiments and engineering task for new process and equipment validation.
- Identify and implement strong solutions for safety and quality factory issues.
- Install Software upgrades and troubleshooting support.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be an active student pursuing a Bachelors, Licenciatura or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical, Mechanical OR related engineering fields.
- Advanced English level (write, read and speak) is desired.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
- Available to work at least 36 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computers technical support knowledge and skills.
- Problem Solving Methodologies and Data analysis (JMP, SQL, pathfinder, others).
- Data analysis, using Excel, JMP or Power Query.
- Coding: Scripting Perl, Python, Windows batch file. C++ and C desirable for general culture., but not critical.
- UNIX/Linux experience; SQL query experience on SQL server.
- LEAN and Six Sigma
