**Qualifications**:
- Completion of a bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience with full-cycle, high volume recruiting from initial outreach through offer, for roles within operations, customer care, retention, tech support, etc
- Knowledge of and experience with recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc)
- Fluent in English
- Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
- Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high quality hires for the company
**Responsibilities**
- Manage full-cycle, high volume recruiting processes for operations, customer, care, retention positions from initial outreach through offer
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
- Clear communication (written, verbal, meetings) with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
- Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
