Commercial Finance Senior Manager - Central America

As a Commercial Finance Senior Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career in commercial finance and position yourself as the financial business partner for the Central America region.

In this role, you will steward internal control environments, developing productivity initiatives and reviewing capital projects/strategy, as well as be accountable for the annual business planning and monthly rolling estimate process.

**What You'll Do for Us**
- Interpret and communicate results to appropriate levels of management, assessing for risk and opportunity trends.
- Develop and deploy solutions to mitigate risk and execute opportunities
- Steward internal controls review to ensure compliance with required controls & processes. Partner with bottling partners to ensure financial/controls acumen.
- Support all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise, including:

- Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth
- Assessment and segmentation by Franchise Unit (Fixed vs hybrid vs incidence)
- Incidence Pricing 2.0 negotiations at Franchise level
- Develop, implement Margin optimization strategy across the entire value chain
- Bring margins discipline to operational business decisions
- Track margins objectives at Franchise level
- Leverage the network and execute locally Global margin strategy
- Provide financial leadership by identifying productivity improvement opportunities and analyzing/recommending productivity initiative pipeline projects. This would include capital investment recommendations and analysis
- Provide strategic direction for business planning process and play a tactical role as needed.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions and Revenue growth Management:

- Support ad hoc M&A analysis and assessment at Franchise level
- Support the financial implementation of new business models
- Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at Franchise level
- Analyze and Support Working Capital and Cash Management:

- Cash management optimization Analyses
- Support Optimization actions
- Interact with local stakeholders (I.e: franchise general Managers)

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with MBA and/or CPA preferred
- +5 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles in a large global company and manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.
- Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact, influence and negotiate with all levels within the organization
- Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills - the ability to explore strategic options, developing creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or supporting decision-making.
- Working knowledge of internal control principles
- Must be highly proficient in use of SAP, Excel, and Access
