**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Administers, monitors and support IAM resources' management of global IAM processes which facilitate global TD personnel onboarding, user account setup, access modifications, licensing and most importantly, removal of access upon separation from TD SYNNEX. (60%)
- Problem Resolution...Interfaces directly with business stakeholders, IT support personnel and end users to provide exemplary customer service and project support while balancing the need for governance, SOX Compliance and strong security. (25%)
- Provides security based configuration, reconciliation and technical identity based support to end users and other IT support teams (10%)
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Monitors the administration of governance processes owned and operated by IAM resources and their scheduled secure delivery. (5%)
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience within IT required.
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Other Education / Certifications: Selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven work experience
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and local language.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

**Working Conditions**:
