Job Description Job description The role of the Client Support Specialist is to perform support and sales activities for Experian's clients and prospects to develop new business relationships and strengthen the value of existing client relationships.
This is an important role where you will need to be an independent member and part of a team at the same time.
You will support a team of Account Executives and build relationships with clients directly while working with other teams on different responsibilities requiring to complete tasks such as: researching billing, liaising between clients and our client support, technical and data teams, onboarding new members, supporting API setups, training on reading credit reports and using the online portal.
You will email and talk to clients and other teams directly.
Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of Customer Service Proficiency in English Research and anaytical skills Problem-solving skills Experience using salesforce CRM Work experience partnering with different company members to achieve client needs Wor experience outside of the confines of traditional work day and work week is required Additional Information Additional Information This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
