French & English Customer Service Representative

As a Product Fulfillment Senior agent you will be responsible for assisting in the Identity Restoration line, learn about the procedures to protect fraud victims and be an active character in the reestablishment of their credit report to help them live their best financial lives.

**What you'll do**:

- Respond to the ID Restoration consumer line
- Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations
- Identify consumer needs via thorough analysis of the consumers' credit file
- Properly document follow-up actions for partner departments best resolution

**What experience you need**:

- Fluent French language skills both written and spoken (B2).
- Six months knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets,Docs,Slides,etc) **.**
- English language skills both written and spoken (B2).

**What could set you apart**:

- Actively studying any of the following as an associate's degree or as a major: French, Business Management, Project Management, Law, Industrial Engineering
- Certified in any process improvement methodology or proven experience in such field
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be action-oriented and results-driven
- Proven ability to multitask and handle of variety of responsibilities
- Demonstrated strong and flexible interpersonal skills for the best stakeholder management
- Exceptional work ethics and positive attitude
