Pfizer's Global Financial Solutions (GFS) Shared Services is a well-established operation with beginnings in
Memphis, Tenn., in 1997. The organization expanded to Europe in 2003, Asia in 2007, Latin America in 2013, and

to the AfME region. GFS Shared Services has a workforce of more than 900 Pfizer colleagues, in addition to a
successful partnership with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, Genpact, in three locations globally.
The GFS Shared Services Center (SSC) for the Latin America Region (LAR) is a high performing team responsible
for the timely delivery of standardized financial processes on behalf of Pfizer. The organization performs certain
Record-to-Report, Invoice-to-Pay, Travel & Entertainment, Credit-to-Cash and other related activities from a
regionally centralized locations in San Jose, Costa Rica.
The Chargeback Analyst will process chargeback claims for wholesalers in the US and Puerto Rico and resolve
exceptions related to contracts, products and membership timely and accurately. The Chargeback Analyst will
regularly interface with internal and external customers including, but not limited to GFS Americas, Wholesalers,
Contract teams, Business Technology and A/R and Collections. The Chargeback Analyst will identify data and
systems issues related to wholesaler chargeback submissions timely, and work to eliminate recurring issues and
rework. The Analyst will also answer inquiries in shared mailboxes and provide audit support to US colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the timely and efficient payment of chargeback claims to business trade customers
(wholesalers) for Pfizer's worldwide businesses.
Research chargeback claims submitted from wholesalers and/or distributors and dispute if necessary by
comparing debit memos received to the information provided in Pfizer's contracts.
Collaborate regularly within the department with colleagues to review processes, metrics, industry
updates and issues pertaining to chargebacks and membership.
Manage Chargeback and Membership Work in Process (WIP) lines
Manage shared Chargeback and Membership mailboxes
Provide audit research and support for Chargebacks and Memberships
Provide project research for Chargebacks and Memberships
Participate in GFS Americas order-to-cash initiatives as needed.
Interface regularly with the business units supported.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or career in progress from accredited institution required, preferably in Business or Finance.
- 1-2 years of experience required, ideally in a Finance or data processing related position.
- Attention to detail, problem solver and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Be able to work independently in a team environment.
- Must maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be able to organize and process a high volume of transactions.
