Call Center Representative - Heredia, Costa Rica

**Training** schedule is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday. The paid training is for two weeks. After training the schedule will vary between 7am-10:00pm for a total of 35 hours a week.

**Responsibilities**

As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and financial services companies in the Nation. Learning how to generate direct customer contact and motivating customers to resolve outstanding debts will be primary objectives as you develop in this exciting new role. Other responsibilities include:
Educating customers on available options
Discussing sensitive financial situations
Systematically processing customer requests
Maintaining client and company policies and procedures
