**Job Overview**:
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to map out and implement automation strategies across various business processes using a range of tools and platforms.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve business operations and systems, ensuring that solutions meet the strategic goals of the organization.
- Offer end-user training and support for Atlassian tools, producing documentation, guides, and FAQs to foster user adoption and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of the latest Atlassian features, updates, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to promote continuous improvement.
- Create custom Atlassian apps, dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Atlassian's development framework.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps thoroughly, ensuring effective knowledge sharing, system maintenance, and operational continuity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project management and development needs, leveraging Atlassian's capabilities to develop tailored solutions that deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Atlassian environments, focusing on workflow optimization, permission tuning, and efficient project configuration, to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver training.
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
- Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, Agile methodologies, and project management tools outside of the Atlassian suite.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for technological advancements that drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Capability to navigate and manage multi-cloud environments, including cost management, security compliance, and performance optimization across cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Atlassian products and platforms, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Understanding of business process automation and workflow management, including experience with BPM tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Solid foundation in both Linux/Unix and Windows environments, covering system administration and networking concepts.
- Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation and extending Atlassian functionalities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for interacting effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Desirable experience includes Atlassian certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Administrator, Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration), understanding of DevOps practices, and familiarity with other project management and monitoring tools.
