Join Western Union as an Associate Collector.Western Union powers your pursuit.We are looking for someone who would be part of Retail Collections Ops team as Associate Collector responsible for contact customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.Role ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility is Online support to agent phone inquiries related to Collections.Incident and cases management for Agent escalations.Take prompt action to reactivate agents that comply with payment terms.Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.May answer inquiries and resolve problems in coordination with team members or other functional areas.Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.Role RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.Typically, has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.Flexible and adaptable.Ability to influence and drive execution.Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.For this role we required you need to have strong written and verbal communication skills in English Level C1- 83% min, and also written and verbal communication skills in French Level B2+ is a plus.
